How much does website maintenance cost?
From COP 700,000 + VAT per month for a corporate WordPress site, with a monthly bank of changes included. Online stores or sites with many integrations may need a larger plan; we tell you in the diagnosis.
Does it work if you didn't build my site?
Yes. We start with an initial review to get to know it, fix what is urgent and understand its state. If we find something not worth maintaining, we tell you plainly.
What happens if the site goes down?
Monitoring alerts us and we restore it from the latest backup. That is why backups are stored off the server that hosts the site.
Does it include hosting?
No. Hosting and domain stay in your name and you pay the provider directly. We manage them and recommend a suitable one if the current host causes problems.
Is there a minimum term?
We recommend at least three months so the set-up pays off. After that you can cancel with one month's notice.
