These terms govern the use of daweb.co, operated by Castle Brothers S.A.S. (daweb). By using the site you accept them.
1. Use of the site
You may browse the site and use its tools for legitimate purposes. You may not use it to send false information, attempt unauthorised access to systems, overload the service or automate requests at scale.
2. Free tools
The quote tool and the website audit are for guidance. Their results rely on your answers and on what can be checked from outside a website at a given moment, including third-party data such as Google PageSpeed Insights. Quote tool prices are starting prices: they are not a binding offer or a guarantee of results. Use the audit only with public websites.
3. Published prices
Prices on the site are "from" values, in Colombian pesos (automation, in US dollars) and before VAT. On the English version of the site, dollar amounts are an equivalent at the day's exchange rate. They are a reference: the final quote depends on each project's scope and is given in writing. Ad spend on Google or Meta is not included and you pay those platforms directly.
4. Intellectual property
The site's copy, designs, brands, logos and code belong to Castle Brothers S.A.S. or are used with permission. You may not copy them or use them commercially without written permission.
5. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party sites, such as WhatsApp or our clients' websites. We don't control their content or policies.
6. Liability
We work to keep the site available and its information accurate, but we don't guarantee it is free of errors or interruptions. daweb is not liable for decisions made solely on the information on the site or its free tools.
7. Personal data
The processing of your data is governed by our privacy policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any dispute will be resolved before the courts of Barranquilla, Atlántico.
